Our Project Management team plans, coordinates, and controls construction and market‑research activities.
MISIÓN
The Operations Project Manager supports the technical and operational aspects (project cost control, technical and project risks analysis, planning submission, procurement, negotiating and contracting with the design team and contractors, construction procedures, site monitoring, and completion/handover) of the property development process throughout the building phase. He/she ensures all work is completed efficiently and to pre-agreed quality, contractual obligations, approved business plan, and in line with environmental certifications targets. The position is based in Madrid, working within BNP Paribas Real Estate Spain, with functional reporting to the Iberian Property Development team (IbPD) based in Lisbon, and the Central International Property Development (CIPD) team based in Paris.
The position reports to the Head of Country for Iberian Property Development.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
With 4-5 years of experience in project development, the Operations Project Manager provides technical, operational, and engineering support for property development projects in Spain.
