- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in areas related to Philosophy, Politics and Economics and/or Business and Technology, depending on the candidates academic profile.
- Contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of both bachelor?s programmes.
- Help create a rigorous, engaging and interdisciplinary learning experience for a diverse student body.
- Mentor and advise students in their academic, personal and professional development.
- Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty teams and admissions colleagues to support programme growth and visibility.
- Contribute to innovative teaching methodologies, experiential learning and practice-oriented education.
- Support the international projection and attractiveness of the programmes.
- Participate in academic quality processes and institutional development initiatives.
- Contribute actively to the strategic development of undergraduate education at Nebrija Business & Technology School.
- A PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
- Bilingual or Proficiency level of English.
- A strong international outlook and the ability to thrive in multicultural academic environments.
- Academic expertise in one or more relevant disciplines, such as philosophy, political science, economics, business, management, innovation, technology, digital transformation, public policy or related fields.
- Proven university teaching experience, preferably at undergraduate level.
- Professional experience in business, industry, institutions, consulting, entrepreneurship or public/private organisations will be highly valued.
- Sound knowledge of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and familiarity with academic quality assurance processes, including those related to Fundación para el Conocimiento Madri+d.
- A strong vocation for teaching and for contributing to the education of future professionals in the fields of business and technology, which are increasingly central to the most in-demand careers of the future.
- A genuine interest in interdisciplinary programme development and in building innovative, market-relevant degrees.
- The ambition, flexibility and commitment required to grow with a developing academic project.
