To be successful in this role, you need to have:

Degree in Engineering, Meteorology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or related field,
- 5-8+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably with deep expertise in wind energy,
- Strong understanding of wind asset operations and analytics,

Ability to translate renewable energy domain knowledge into software requirements,

Strong analytical mindset with interest in AI/ML-driven product capabilities,

The ideal candidate can translate technical requirements into practical solutions and guide design and implementation. They communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage data for decisions are essential. The candidate should demonstrate solid project management capabilities, proficiency in product tools and methodologies, and a customer-focused approach to improving user experience.
Preferably, you bring knowledge of pre-construction wind energy yield assessments and is familiar with SaaS or cloud-based platforms. Experience in product ownership, product management, or software solution delivery is highly valued, particularly when working closely with Agile development teams.
A background in renewable energy software, along with exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics or intelligent automation, is advantageous. Experience operating in cross-functional delivery environments is important, supported by an Agile certification. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish would be considered a strong asset.
