Section 8 Training is one of the fastest-growing real estate education companies in the country. Our founder built a portfolio of 400+ Section 8 rental properties across 40+ states and now teaches 4,000+ students how to do the same. Our Instagram (@Section8Karim) is a core growth engine for the business — and we're hiring one person to own it completely.
The Role
You will run our Instagram account end-to-end. Not "assist with." Own.
What you'll do:
- Script, produce, and publish Reels engineered to go viral in the real estate / money / entrepreneurship niche
- Write and publish Threads content that drives engagement and follower growth
- Manage daily Stories: engagement sequences, polls, CTAs, behind-the-scenes, launch pushes
- Write hooks and scripts for the founder to shoot — you write it, he films it, you edit and post it
- Manage the account day-to-day: posting cadence, comments strategy, DM funnel coordination, analytics
- Report weekly on the numbers that matter: reach, follower growth, profile visits, link clicks, and booked calls generated from IG
Who We're Looking For
This is not an entry-level role. Do not apply if you haven't done this before.
Requirements:
- Proven track record growing an Instagram account organically. You must show us accounts you've run and the results you got — screenshots, analytics, case studies. Viral Reels you scripted or produced. Real numbers.
- 2+ years of hands-on Instagram organic content experience (personal brand, creator, or agency side)
- Elite short-form scriptwriting: you understand hooks, retention, pattern interrupts, and CTAs
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro (or equivalent), and Canva
- Deep fluency in IG analytics — you make content decisions based on data, not vibes
- Understand the money/business/real estate content niche and what performs in it
- Fast. We move quickly and expect same-day turnarounds on time-sensitive content.
Bonus points:
- You've grown an account past 100K followers
- Experience in the "make money" / real estate investing / entrepreneurship space
- Experience turning IG content into booked sales calls (not just views)
Compensation
- $5,000–$10,000/month base depending on track record
- Performance bonuses tied to real business outcomes — booked calls and revenue attributed to IG, not vanity metrics
- Full-time, remote
