About the Role
We are looking for a practical, organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse, device inspection, product rework, quality-control and technical operations in the Barcelona area.
This is a junior, hands-on position that may be suitable for candidates with experience in:
- Warehouse or logistics operations
- Technical Service or After-Sales Service
- Field service support
- Production or assembly
- Quality control or product inspection
- Repairs, maintenance or technical installations
Previous experience in the medical-device or aesthetics industry is not essential. Training on EMA products, procedures and quality requirements will be provided.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and preparing products, inspecting and testing devices, carrying out basic technical and rework activities, maintaining product traceability and completing the required operational documentation.
The position requires regular travel between our manufacturing facility in Sabadell and our warehouse in Vallirana. A valid driving licence and access to a car are therefore essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse and Logistics Operations
Support the daily movement, preparation and control of products within the warehouse and factory.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unpacking and checking incoming products
- Preparing devices, accessories and cosmetic products for inspection or shipment
- Verifying product quantities, references, serial numbers and batch numbers
- Supporting stock allocation and product identification
- Preparing orders and product kits
- Ensuring products are stored, handled and protected correctly
- Coordinating product movements between warehouse and factory locations
- Identifying and reporting missing, damaged or incorrect products
- Maintaining order and organisation within operational work areas
2. Device Inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing – Sabadell
Perform structured inspections and basic functional testing of EMA devices before release.
Activities will include:
- Conducting visual, cosmetic and functional inspections
- Checking device finishes against defined acceptance criteria
- Verifying screws, connectors, covers and mechanical components
- Inspecting screens for condition, alignment and correct installation
- Verifying labels, serial numbers, QR codes and traceability information
- Performing basic device functionality and performance tests
- Configuring devices and completing final validation checks
- Confirming firmware versions and product documentation
- Taking photographs and recording inspection evidence
- Reporting defects, deviations and non-conformities
3. Device Rework and Technical Operations – Vallirana
Support the preparation, customization and rework of devices before shipment.
Activities will include:
- Unpacking and preparing devices
- Installing protective parts and accessories
- Replacing labels and identification elements
- Replacing or configuring power cables
- Allocating components and accessories to individual devices
- Performing visual and functional checks after rework
- Completing rework checklists and inspection reports
- Uploading photographs and documentation to EMA systems
- Reporting damaged, missing or non-compliant components
- Preparing completed devices for release and shipment
4. Product Traceability and Documentation
Maintain accurate and complete operational records, including:
- Factory Acceptance Testing reports
- Inspection checklists
- Warehouse and stock records
- Rework documentation
- Serial number and batch traceability
- Photographic evidence
- Non-conformance and deviation reports
All activities must be completed in accordance with EMA procedures, work instructions and Quality Management System requirements, including applicable ISO 13485 principles.
5. Cosmetic Product Rework and Packaging
Support post-production, localization and customization activities for Préime skincare and consumable products.
Activities may include:
- Replacing or applying regulatory labels
- Preparing market- and language-specific labels
- Repackaging products
- Reconfiguring product kits
- Correcting labeling or packaging deviations
- Printing lot numbers, manufacturing dates and expiry dates
- Applying traceability codes
- Shrink-wrapping products
- Applying tamper-evident seals
- Preparing market-specific packaging
- Inspecting finished products before release
6. Equipment and Operational Support
Operate and maintain light production, warehouse and packaging equipment, including:
- Label printers
- Coding and variable-data printers
- Shrink-wrapping equipment
- Basic testing tools and equipment
The role may also involve:
- Setting up equipment for specific operations
- Performing basic troubleshooting
- Coordinating maintenance when required
- Explaining work instructions to temporary warehouse operators
- Checking that temporary operators complete activities correctly
- Supporting technical and quality teams with operational tasks
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:

Experience and Requirements
- Junior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, Technical Service, field service, production, assembly, maintenance, repairs or quality control
- Ability to perform basic product inspections and technical checks
- Ability to follow structured work instructions
- Ability to complete reports, checklists and digital records
- Basic computer skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Valid driving licence
- Own car and availability to travel between Sabadell and Vallirana
- Currently living in Barcelona or the surrounding area
- Working English required
- Spanish required for day-to-day local operations
- Availability to work under a full-time consultancy or freelance agreement
Experience with medical devices, cosmetics, labeling, packaging, coding equipment or ISO 13485 environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
