Love solving complex operational puzzles at scale? As a Process & Systems Engineer, you'll own initiatives end-to-end — from identifying improvement opportunities to piloting solutions that eliminate variation and boost performance across dozens of fulfillment centers in Europe.
Key job responsibilities
- Evaluate performance metrics across the EU fulfillment network to identify process improvement opportunities within your assigned process path
- Design, test, and pilot new initiatives from scratch within strict timelines, owning them end-to-end from concept to measurable results
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures that optimize daily operations for each fulfillment process
- Partner with FC operational leaders to execute process improvements that drive stabilization and standardization, reducing variation between shifts, buildings, and regions
- Deliver coaching and technical guidance to operational leaders across the network, closing knowledge gaps and raising process standards
- Measure and communicate project impacts in partnership with site leaders responsible for day-to-day operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Robotics, Launch, RME, L&D, and Operations teams to deliver capability development projects
- Travel 30–50% of the time to support network-wide implementation
A day in the life
You'll navigate problems with ambiguity, finding the right path forward — identifying short-term fixes while working towards long-term solutions. You'll need flexibility to reassess priorities and solve problems at short notice. Leveraging your subject knowledge, you'll identify and pursue tactical and strategic opportunities with business partners both within and outside your organization, bridging the gap between operations and technology teams to deliver reliable systems that help fulfill customer shipments on time and free of defects.
