As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing, retaining, and maximizing the value of our corporate clients.
This role is a mix of relationship management, commercial strategy, and operational excellence — ensuring that every client has an outstanding experience while driving revenue growth.
Responsabilities:
Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Own and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts (SMBs to enterprise clients)
- Identify upsell opportunities: Increase daily meal adoption (Honest Base)
- Expand into Catering & events
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets per account
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with: Office Managers, HR/People Teams and Procurement.
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts
- Run regular business reviews (QBRs) with key clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Performance & Insights
- Monitor key metrics:Daily order volume (units),Adoption rate,Customer satisfaction.
- Analyze account performance and propose action plans
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities
- Coordinate internally with: Operations & logistics,Kitchen teams,Customer support
- Ensure smooth execution of: Daily deliveries,Catering services
- Solve issues quickly and proactively
Strategic Development
- Identify high-potential accounts and prioritize growth
- Support new launches (new offices, new cities, pilots)
- Contribute to improving the product offering based on client feedback
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years experience in: Account Management, Customer Success or B2B Sales
- Experience in: Food delivery, catering, hospitality, or high-growth startups is a plus
- Strong commercial mindset (upselling & revenue growth)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach to managing accounts
- High ownership and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Spanish (native or fluent) & English (professional level)
