Port Compliance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Port Compliance Manager to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in port operations, maritime compliance, policy development, government coordination, and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze global port, maritime, shipping, and logistics policies, regulations, and industry developments.
- Conduct research on port infrastructure, port operations, digital transformation, and supply chain management.
- Evaluate port development strategies, governance models, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare policy briefs, compliance reports, research papers, and analytical reports.
- Liaise with government authorities, port operators, research institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Track changes in port-related legislation and compliance requirements.
- Draft policy documents, regulatory submissions, and strategic compliance reports.
Requirements:
- Spanish National (Mandatory)
- Based anywhere in Spain
- Proven experience in Port Operations, Port Compliance, Maritime, Shipping, or Port Authority
- Strong background in policy development, operations management, compliance, and government bodies coordination
- Excellent research, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
