Please note that this is a hybrid role, with an on‑site presence requirement in the Madrid office (1 day/week).
What you’ll do:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles
- Use multiple sourcing tools and channels to build qualified and diverse pipelines
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Service Leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
- Execute targeted outreach and tailored candidate conversations to attract top talent
- Coordinate and manage interview and selection processes
- Work closely with TA Operations to track activity, ensure data accuracy, and report on key metrics
- Prepare and deliver quality shortlists within agreed timelines and service levels
- Ensure an excellent Candidate, Client, and Hiring Manager experience through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate and timely data in all recruitment systems and ATS
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering results aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and team goals
Must‑haves
- Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using a variety of tools and platforms
- Business fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Experience using recruitment technology, ATS, and databases
- Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills
- Awareness of compliance, data accuracy, and recruitment‑related legislation
Good to have
- Business‑level Italian, spoken and written
- Recruitment experience within Engineering / Mechanical / Manufacturing sectors
- Proven ability to create content and use social media for talent attraction
- Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience working in an RPO or multinational setting
