The position
The Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of contracted services, meeting customer commitments in terms of scope, quality, schedule, cost, and safety. The role coordinates planning, resource allocation, logistics, materials, technicians, and Health & Safety requirements to ensure smooth execution and achieve operational and invoicing targets.
Acting as the main operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders such a FSE, PM´s etc. You will manages scope of works, risks, deviations, warranty on field activities through processes and tools. Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with company processes, tools, and safety standards. A proactive, results-oriented mindset is essential to ensure services are executed efficiently, safely, and without operational gaps.
Main responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of contracted services to ensure customer commitments are met.

Coordinate resources, including technicians, materials, logistics, and H&S requirements, ensuring readiness before execution.

Act as the primary operational contact for Field Engineers and support execution-related issue resolution.

Manage risks, deviations, and scope changes, implementing corrective actions and minimizing financial impact.

Monitor costs and support achievement of invoicing and operational performance targets.

Participate in warranty-related activities at customer sites.

Drive continuous improvement through effective use of processes, systems, and planning tools.

Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ideally will have technical educational background but we open for other fields.

At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in after sales departments.

Must have strong stakeholder management skills and proactive personality.

Will be key to have great organizational and time management skills.

Must be able to speak in English (B2).

Ideally experience with SAP & Salesforce & CRM.

Must be willing to work on flexible hours if required based on the business needs.

The position is to be based in Vitoria-Gasteiz but will be hybrid (2-3 days home office).
