Happy House English School is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable English Language Teacher to join our friendly team in Argés, Toledo, for the 2026–2027 academic year.
We are a well-established English academy with a supportive working environment, small class sizes and a strong commitment to high-quality English language teaching.
THE POSITION
- 20 contact hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 16:00–19:00 and 19:15–21:15
- Mornings and Fridays free
- Full academic-year contract (September–June)
- Paid holidays
- Small groups – maximum 10 students
- Fully resourced classrooms
- Possibility of additional hours if wanted
Our students range from age 3 to teenagers, with some adult and Cambridge English exam preparation groups.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- C2-level English proficiency or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' teaching experience
- CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent recognised TEFL qualification
- University degree
- Legal right to live and work in Spain/EU
- Experience and enthusiasm for teaching young learners and teenagers
- Positive, engaging and professional approach to the classroom
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft and Google applications
- Personal laptop
DESIRABLE
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge English examinations
- Basic conversational Spanish

Happy House English School is located in Argés, approximately 10–15 minutes from Toledo and served by public transport.
