We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Country General Manager to lead and further develop AsstrA’s business in Spain.
This role requires a strong focus on business growth, customer development and market expansion. The first priority will be to strengthen sales activity, develop new business opportunities and build a solid commercial pipeline. At the same time, the Country General Manager will be responsible for organizing and improving local business processes, team performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the business development strategy for Spain.

Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.

Personally participate in key customer meetings, negotiations and strategic commercial activities.

Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.

Build, manage and develop the local team.

Improve internal processes, cooperation and operational performance.

Monitor business results, KPIs, profitability and market development.

Ensure effective cooperation with AsstrA teams in other countries.

Represent AsstrA on the Spanish logistics market.
Required Experience

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport.

Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development.

Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.

Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market.

Understanding of operational processes in logistics.

Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability.

Fluent Spanish and English.
