As part of Finance Holding, Capital Measurement is responsible for the preparation of the regulatory capital ratio, the capital base, as well as the analysis of RWAs and public and supervisory disclosures (Coreps), coordinating the preparation of this ratio with the geographies.
These metrics are part of the Group's main financial indicators, followed internally by the Group's management, subject to an in-depth breakdown of public information to the market and under continuous monitoring by banking supervisors and regulators.
Capital Measurement is also responsible for the measurement, analysis and reporting of MREL (minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities), which includes ALR (Additional Liability Report) and MPE Monitoring Report.
These metrics are fundamental pillars of banking supervision, subject to strict scrutiny by regulators and crucial for the Group's strategic management decision-making.
About the job:
We are looking for a technical and analytical profile to contribute to the solvency strategy through the measurement and analysis of the Group's loss-absorbing capacity. The unit leads the governance and coordination of the MREL calculation, interacting with global units.
The position stands out for its service and support role to the Supervisory Relations team, serving as a technical benchmark in justifying figures, managing regulatory contingencies, and defending reports submitted to resolution authorities (SRB/EBA).
There would be monthly calculations and quarterly reporting, but there is also need to attend resubmissions, internal and external audits and coordinate with different stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated person with the following characteristics:
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience working in financial and/or regulatory reporting.
- Knowledge of prudential regulation, desirable in the field of solvency (CRR - Capital Requirements Regulation, Basel Framework, MREL, etc.).
- Knowledge and sensitivity to quantitative analysis of information.
- Spirit of continuous improvement, search for efficiency and excellence in deliverables.
- Proactivity and autonomy in the development of the different responsibilities assigned.
- Minimum English level required: B2, due to continuous interaction with diverse stakeholders in the language.
Candidates who have any of the following will be positively valued:
- High analytical and information exploitation skills, managing large volumes of data.
- Advanced level in the use of office tools for the elaboration of reports and presentations.
- Experience working in collaborative teams in both Holding and Local units.
- Knowledge of the Group's data analytics tools.
