The Role
We are seeking a highly organized Site Administrator to provide administrative and document control support across our data centre, energy, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date, coordinating workforce records, and assisting project teams with the day-to-day administrative requirements of a busy construction site.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Site Managers, Project Managers, and project teams.

Maintain and manage site documentation, records, registers, and filing systems.

Coordinate workforce onboarding, site inductions, and access requirements.

Ensure subcontractor compliance documentation is received, reviewed, and maintained.

Manage timesheets, attendance records, and workforce tracking.

Process purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and general procurement documentation.

Assist with document control procedures, including the distribution of drawings, reports, and project correspondence.

Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, and administrative updates.

Support HSE teams with training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and information flow.

Maintain project databases and ensure all site records are accurate and up to date.

Support the mobilisation and demobilisation of construction projects.
Requisitos

Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or site administration role, ideally within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

Strong organisational and document management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience with document management systems (SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar) is advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
