- Translates demand forecasts into mid/long-term replenishment plans to ensure product availability.
- Manages replenishment parameters and resolves planning exceptions.
- Coordinates with suppliers to secure supply aligned with replenishment needs.
- Monitors inventory levels, addressing slow movers and obsolescence.
- Maintains key parameters (lead time, safety stock, lot size) to optimize replenishment.
- Identifies and escalates supply risks and opportunities.
- Supports continuous improvement in replenishment processes.
- Ensures accurate ordering (quantity and timing) to balance service, cost, and stock levels.
- Ability to do a 12 month internship.
- Bachelor or Master student in the field of industrial engineering, supply chain management or Business management
- Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
- Proficient level of MS Office, especially Excel and Digital Analytics (Power BI).
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good English language skills.
- German and any other European language is a plus
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills
