Position: Media Buyer (Spanish or Chinese speaker)

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing multinational iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Media Buyer to join the office in Yerevan, Armenia. The ideal candidate should be a Spanish or Chinese speaker with experience in the iGaming industry. The company will provide full relocation support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for media buying in Latin American markets across channels including Facebook/Meta, Google Ads (UAC), TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

Test, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns; develop weekly/monthly media buying plans and generate performance reports.

Utilize cloaking techniques and anti-detect browsers to ensure stable delivery on restricted platforms.

Design and optimize PWA (Progressive Web App) acquisition funnels to reduce friction from click to first-time deposit (FTD).

Continuously optimize landing pages, offers, creative assets, and user experience through A/B testing.

Leverage Telegram/WhatsApp community traffic to drive registrations and deposit conversions.

Deeply track and optimize core metrics: ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, FTD, CAC, etc.

Quickly adjust strategies based on attribution models and segmentation data.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in advertising media buying, with at least 1–2 years focused specifically on the iGaming (online casino / online slot machines) industry.
- Proficient in major advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with hands-on experience in grey-market or restricted-industry advertising.
- Proven experience in Latin American markets (Brazil, Mexico, etc.), with a solid understanding of local user behavior and market differences.
- Capable of managing large budgets (monthly budget of $50K–$100K+).
- Experience in PWA funnel building and optimization.
- Experience monetizing community traffic (Telegram/WhatsApp).
- Understanding of regulatory differences across Latin American countries (e.g., Brazil's PIX payment ecosystem, Argentina's provincial regulatory fragmentation, Mexico's OXXO payment habits, etc.).
- Data-sensitive, with the ability to clearly assess economics based on ROI/LTV.
- Strong self-motivation and ownership, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Combines creative thinking with strategic mindset, with a continuous drive to test new hypotheses.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia.
