Job Purpose
Provide outstanding customer service and order management support, acting as the main point of contact for customers, sales teams, and distributors from initial inquiry through to order delivery. Ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating quotations, documentation, order processing, logistics, and export activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage daily communication with customers, sales teams, and agents regarding inquiries, orders, projects, claims, and product documentation.

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and customer documentation.

Coordinate sample requests and technical information with internal departments.

Maintain customer, pricing, contract, and product data in SAP.

Process customer orders, issue order confirmations, and monitor deliveries.

Coordinate transport and export logistics, including road, sea, and air shipments.

Prepare export and customs documentation and liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Support payment processes, letters of credit, and credit control activities.

Handle customer complaints and claims, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and internal procedures.

Support international customers across North Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other global markets.
Requirements-
1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.

Fluency in English and French is a must.

Experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred.

Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and export documentation is preferred.

Experience in International Business is preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
