- 3–5 years of experience as a steward
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams
- A strong work ethic
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage orders and inventory
- Previous experience handling and working with chemicals
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
