Your Role: Client Partner
We are seeking a Client Partner to drive commercial growth and shape our market expansion across Spain. This role bridges Siemens Advanta's comprehensive portfolio with the complex digitalization challenges faced by organizations across multiple industrial sectors.
As Client Partner, you will own key client relationships and commercial strategies, working across Siemens Advanta's consulting and technology capabilities while leveraging the full breadth of Siemens Spain's organization and global resources. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating market insights into strategic opportunities and ensuring clients realize tangible value from their digital transformation investments.
This is a pivotal role where your commercial expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building capabilities directly shape our growth trajectory in Spain.
Drive Strategic Commercial Growth:

Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with market opportunities, leveraging Siemens Advanta's full portfolio of consulting and technology solutions.

Identify and analyze market trends, emerging opportunities, and sectors with high transformation potential working together with the rest of Spanish Siemens organization.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, guiding clients through evaluation and decision-making processes.

Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements that create mutual value.
Build and Nurture Strategic Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects across CxOs levels.

Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their digital maturity and the specific value digital transformation can deliver to their business.

Develop deep understanding of client priorities, challenges, and strategic objectives to inform solution design.

Manage customer loyalty and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Orchestrate Integrated solution:

Work closely with Siemens Advanta's consulting and technology teams to design solutions that address client CxOs needs and align with market realities.

Work closely with Siemens Spain's broader organization to ensure access to complementary capabilities and resources to craft added value solutions to our clients adapted to their needs.

Participate in solution development and commercial strategy to ensure competitive positioning and client fit.

Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, industry trends, and evolving client behaviors.
Provide Market Leadership and Insights:

Prepare strategic reports and insights for senior management on market opportunities, pipeline status, and commercial initiatives.

More specifically, you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles (business development, sales, account management, or client advisory) with a proven track record in complex B2B solutions environments.

Demonstrated success in customer relationship management, commercial negotiations, and opportunity evaluation.

Experience in consulting or advisory roles, combined with industrial or manufacturing sector experience (automotive, aeronautics, food & beverage, , discrete manufacturing, or similar sectors).

Proficiency with digital sales tools, CRM platforms, and proposal development.
