What we expect from you?
Technically , it's essential that you possess:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role to the one described in the offer.
Experience using sales CRM s: Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.
Languages: Native French, Fluent English.
At least 1 year of experience in selling software or digital products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
Strong results-driven mindset, focused on targets, metrics, and revenue.
And you'll truly shine ✨ if you:
Have worked in a startup environment
Have experience in the HR Tech sector
Speak additional languages
What will you be doing at Sesame?
Manage the sales process from qualified opportunity to close
Analyze clients’ specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Report to your Team Lead or Country Sales Manager.
Negotiate and coordinate onboarding with the account management team.
