The Team Lead is a people-focused leadership role with strong technical ownership for the CBDC PoC and Pilot, covering client Demo, POC and pilot-oriented environments. You will guide a cross-functional team of app and full-stack developers, QA engineers and operational contributors responsible for building, maintaining and continuously improving reliable, secure, performant and customer-oriented enviroments that support demonstrations, partner integration, proof-of-concepts and pilot preparation.Operating within a SAFe, you will translate product requirements and operational needs into an executable technical roadmap, balancing platform reliability, demo readiness, security, environment lifecycle management, automation, observability, cost awareness and long-term technical sustainability. The role requires strong people leadership as well as the ability to align Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Ops, Security and external partners around a stable, scalable and maintainable solution.
