Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator ensures that Veristat’s CRM and connected systems provide clean, reliable, and trusted data to support sales, marketing, and business development. This role exists to improve data health across a complex Salesforce environment that has grown through multiple acquisitions and system integrations.

What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience; experience in a CRO, life sciences, or similarly complex sales environment preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, HubSpot (marketing automation), CRM data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Zymewire), Data quality and reporting tools within Salesforce
