As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Head of Housekeeping Operations to lead one of the most important functions in our business.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead an operation from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a leadership position responsible for the overall performance of our housekeeping and laundry operations.
Today, we primarily work with external cleaning companies. Our long-term vision is to establish our own in-house housekeeping team, and you will play a key role in planning, building and leading this transition.
You will also oversee our laundry operations, ensuring that linen is processed efficiently and that quality standards are maintained across all properties.
You will work closely with our Property Management, Maintenance and Reservations teams to ensure every property is guest-ready, every time.
Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Operations
- Lead the daily housekeeping operation across our portfolio.
- Manage relationships and performance of external cleaning partners.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and quality standards.
- Carry out quality control and continuously improve operational performance.
- Monitor KPIs including cleaning quality, guest feedback, turnaround times and costs.
- Ensure properties are prepared on time for every guest arrival.
Build Our Internal Housekeeping Team
- Design and implement our in-house housekeeping department.
- Recruit, onboard and train cleaners and supervisors.
- Develop schedules, staffing plans and operational workflows.
- Create training programmes and standard operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and service quality.
Laundry Operations
- Oversee the daily operation of our laundry facility.
- Manage linen inventory and stock levels.
- Optimise laundry workflows and logistics.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and linen quality.
- Monitor equipment, maintenance and operational costs.
Leadership
- Lead, motivate and develop your team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall guest experience.
- Report operational performance to senior management.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within housekeeping, hospitality or operations.
- Experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using technology and operational software.
- Fluent English.
- Spanish is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's licence.
Experience building or scaling an operational department is considered a strong advantage.
