Before applying: please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship , and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in October 2026 and continue participating in the program for a minimum of 5 months and a maximum of 12 months.
The Customer Support (CS) organization delivers services for all PPS customers across EMEA through a network of outsourced partners.
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Delivery Cost & Operations team within the Service Delivery Support and Business Management organization.
This is an internship position designed as a versatile analyst profile , supporting the team across multiple priorities including automation (including AI), operational performance, and financial analysis .
You will be part of an international team , working in a dynamic environment and contributing directly to improving efficiency, cost management, and decision-making across EMEA markets.
Design and maintain data analysis frameworks, models, and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to support decision-making across EMEA Operations.
Develop and scale data automation solutions and pipelines , transforming manual processes into efficient workflows using SQL, Python, and AI-driven tools .
Manage and optimize data structures and datasets , ensuring high data quality, consistency, and readiness for advanced analytics.
Analyze operational and financial performance (KPIs, costs, efficiency metrics) and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Enhance reporting and scorecards , enabling automated performance tracking and supporting business reviews.
Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives , driving automation, standardization, and simplification across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed data-driven solutions into operational and financial processes.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field .
Strong foundation in data engineering and analytics , including data modeling techniques and analytical methods.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, analysis, or automation.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) and ability to build dashboards and communicate insights.
Basic understanding of data pipelines and big data concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) , with strong Excel skills as an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work with complex datasets.
Fluent English (written and spoken) in an international environment.
Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset , with enthusiasm for automation and data-driven decision making.
