Role description
What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Enterprise Software and Digital Transformation to lead complex end-to-end programs across large-scale enterprise environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery governance, managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders, while coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure successful outcomes across critical business transformation initiatives.
Location: 100% Remote (Spain)
Travel: Occasional travel to London (United Kingdom)
Language: English C1 level – excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise software and digital transformation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
- Own integrated project planning, budget control, governance, reporting, and delivery management.
- Manage RAID processes (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams including: Software development, Enterprise integrations, Data migration, Testing and quality assurance, Security and compliance, Cutover planning and execution, Hypercare and operational transition.
- Manage project scope and oversee change control processes.
- Provide executive-level reporting and ensure transparency across all stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors, contractual dependencies, and external delivery partners.
- Ensure operational continuity and business readiness during major releases and cutovers.
- Facilitate collaboration across Agile, predictive, and hybrid delivery teams.
- Drive proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading complex programs involving:
- Enterprise software implementations
- Cloud and SaaS solutions
- Customer Information Systems (CIS)
- Billing platforms
- CRM and ERP implementations
- Large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in end-to-end project management, integrated planning, and budget control.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication.
- Experience managing suppliers, third-party vendors, and contractual dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Previous experience working within highly regulated industries, preferably Utilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Utilities platforms such as: SAP Utilities, Oracle Utilities, Kraken Technologies, Hansen.
- Knowledge of Customer-to-Cash and Meter-to-Cash business processes.
- Experience with AWS architectures and enterprise integration programs.
- Professional certifications including: PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, Scrum.
- Experience delivering billing and customer information system transformation programs with a strong focus on governance, executive reporting, operational continuity, and senior stakeholder management.
