Fullstack Engineer
Work across the entire Norba stack — from the Next.js 16 booking UI with React 19, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui to the Go backend that powers search, orders, and servicing. You're equally comfortable shipping polished frontend flows and designing REST endpoints.
What you'll do
- Build and iterate on the consumer booking funnel — search, offer selection, checkout, seat maps, and post-booking flows — using Next.js App Router, Server Components, and streaming.
- Integrate the frontend with the Norba REST API (JSON-over-HTTPS, API-key auth) and Stripe for payment collection.
- Contribute to the Go backend where needed — add endpoints, refine the normalization pipeline, or improve adapter health monitoring.
- Own Core Web Vitals: bundle size (Tailwind CSS 4, tree-shaken Radix UI), loading strategy (streaming + Suspense), and runtime performance.
- Work with design to implement accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA), pixel-perfect components using shadcn/ui, Radix primitives, Motion animations, and Lucide icons.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience with React, TypeScript, and a backend language (Go, Node, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of Next.js (App Router, Server Components, streaming, standalone output).
- Strong CSS fundamentals — comfortable with Tailwind CSS v4, CSS custom properties / design tokens, and responsive layouts.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis).
- Familiarity with testing libraries (Playwright for E2E, Go table-driven tests).
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts) or interactive maps (MapLibre GL).
- Background in travel, e-commerce, or payments (Stripe).
- Familiarity with Docker multi-stage builds and Render.com deployments.
