As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment and play a key role in driving business success.

Research and target potential customers, generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).

Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit, and schedule qualified sales meetings.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track interactions, and leverage tools to optimise outreach efforts.

Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve your approach.

Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

Fluency in English and German is a must.

1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales (preferred).

Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.

A highly self-motivated and resilient mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
