The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located directly on the beach. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, as well as outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
Join our kitchen team! To ensure our guests enjoy unforgettable culinary experiences, we are looking for a committed, motivated and friendly individual to join us.

What you can expect

Shared responsibility for the organization and workflow within the kitchen area
Responsible for hygiene and compliance with the HACCP concept
Maintenance and cleaning of the workstation and kitchen utensils
Discussing and executing daily tasks with the Head Chef
Incoming goods inspection and quality control of raw materials
Professional labeling and systematic stock rotation (FIFO)
Efficient waste management and recycling in accordance with current regulations
Assisting with plating and visual quality control of outgoing orders
Responsible handling and care of kitchen machinery
Promoting open and respectful communication with both the kitchen and service teams

What you bring along

You have already valuable experience in the luxury hotel industry or upscale gastronomy.
You hold a completed vocational training or degree in hospitality or gastronomy.
A strong commitment to quality and an eye for perfection set you apart.
You are bursting with new ideas, and thanks to your organizational talent, you keep a cool head even in stressful moments.
You are fluent in Spanish (business proficient), and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
