Important assisted reproduction clinic is looking for a Clinical Manager.
Functions:
- Managing the human, physical and financial resources of the centre by programming, directing, monitoring and evaluating its functioning across its divisions and with respect to the services it provides.
- Work closely with different health professionals (e.g. general practitioners and nurses).
- Take measures to ensure the continuity of the centre's operations, especially in cases of crisis, emergencies, or other similar circumstances.
- To prepare regular reports on the centre's activity and to present the monthly management report.
- Act as a liaison between HQ and/or Admin services in Spain and Valencia Clinic (Finance, HR, Operations, IT…).
- Participate in the annual budgeting process.
- Implement and monitor all strategic and/or operative projects.
- To manage and supervise every administrative and/or regulatory process that may be necessary in order to ensure continuance of the operations.
- To supervise the different protocols for action and health care aimed at greater clinical safety for patients and excellence in health care.
- To promote continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in business management, law, economic-financial management. An official Master's degree in Healthcare Management is desirable.
- Residence in Valencia and/or surrounding area.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar positions. In companies in the health sector being a plus.
- Ability to make decisions. Organisational skills.
- Experience in managing reception and administrative staff.
- Works closely with different health professionals.
