Job mission
Synthon is looking for an experienced Application Technician who, together with colleagues will be responsible for the management, continuity, optimization and further development of our Document Management System (DMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as the primary point of contact and application owner for these systems, ensuring they support business processes effectively and comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues and external vendors, taking a leading role in application improvements, upgrades, validation activities and implementation projects.
Responsibilities

Own and manage the DMS, QMS and LMS application landscape throughout its lifecycle.
- Ensure application availability, performance, reliability and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage upgrades, releases, patches and system changes.
- Lead the resolution of complex incidents and perform root cause analyses and take preventive measures?.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and monitor service levels and performance.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage user access, permissions and security in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures and training materials.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to end users and colleagues.

- Alternatively, HQ Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Your profile
Your letter of motivation and CV should show that you have:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management, functional management or a comparable role.
- Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business-critical applications.
- Experience with vendor management and project-based work.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
Languages
Good command of the Spanish and English language, both excellent verbal and written communication skills.
