Puig is seeking a highly skilled Global Head of Consumer Data to join our CRM, Consumer and Media Data & Insight Team within the Consumer & AI Accelerator Office team, supporting our portfolio of brands across all markets.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that Puig operates with a robust, compliant, and business-driven consumer data ecosystem that fuels CRM excellence, data-driven insights, and orchestrated omnichannel consumer journeys.
This role is the central enabler of Brands’ CRM strategies. By ensuring data quality, governance, and platform excellence, the Head of Consumer Data empowers brands and markets to deliver personalized, orchestrated, and impactful consumer experiences across all touchpoints, from first-party data collection to loyalty and advocacy.
The Head of Consumer Data will partner closely with Global CRM, Brands, Markets, Data Governance, Global Retail, and Tech teams to elevate how consumer data is governed, structured, and activated globally. The successful candidate will combine strong business knowledge, deep understanding of consumer data usage and management, and proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
