Your mission in our team
As an ETCS Delivery Responsible, your mission will be to manage the delivery of ETCS subsystem application engineering for wayside signaling equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions meet project and product specifications, covering hardware and software specification, design, configuration, and commissioning. You will lead and coordinate diverse roles within an international and multidisciplinary engineering team, contributing to challenging projects in both national and international markets.
Challenges that await
Leading the ETCS delivery activities in one or more signaling projects, ensuring the complete solution meets project requirements.
Creating and maintaining the ETCS delivery project plan, coordinating milestones closely with the Technical Project Leader.
Controlling and monitoring the ETCS delivery budget, taking responsibility for execution within the available budget.
Coordinating the various roles contributing to the ETCS delivery in the project.
Participating in all phases of the hardware and software ETCS application engineering cycle, from requirements specification to implementation and commissioning.
Preparing specific technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
Supporting the bidding team by working with stakeholders to ensure the completeness of proposed technical solutions.
What will make your application stand out
Experience in the Rail Signaling business.
Knowledge of Automatic Train Control signaling technologies for Main Line applications (like ETCS, ASFA), Freights, and Light Rail.
Advanced data analysis capabilities using Microsoft Excel, including the creation of VBA macros.
Experience in Requirements Management, including specification, traceability, and validation, as well as knowledge of tools like DOORS.
Familiarity with CENELEC standards and V-life Cycle models.
Strong planning capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project planning software.
Availability to travel and experience working on international projects with distributed teams.
Experience leading technical project teams, demonstrating a results-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
