As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Accounts team, providing day-to-day service to clients. You will act as the main point of contact with the client team and will be responsible for managing communication and CRM projects from an execution standpoint.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate client requests internally within the agency, working closely with Creative, Production, Media teams, Data teams and other internal specialists or external providers.
You will primarily work in a 360º communication environment with focus on CRM Campaigns, participating in integrated campaigns and tactical projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the client’s advertising and marketing teams, as well as internal agency departments.

Coordinate internal teams and, when necessary, external suppliers.

Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth progress.

Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and coordinate the production and execution.

Prepare briefs, status reports, meeting reports, competitive analysis, and presentations.

Monitor budgets for assigned brands and coordinate billing processes.

Coordinate 360º communication projects across channels.

Collaborate closely with creative, production, technical, and audiovisual teams.

Embrace and understand 360º communication across all its phases.

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing clients.

Previous experience in an agency environment.

Experience and strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem and CRM (mandatory requirement).

Experience in B2B, B2C, and internal communication campaigns.

Solid understanding of the digital environment.

Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other CRM tools) and Audience Segmentations and reporting

Knowledge of the automotive sector and/or international FMCG brands is a plus.
