Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Support Analyst to join our D365 F&O Application Support Center of Excellence in Palma, Spain at Level 3. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical incidents, develop and deploy robust fixes, and drive continuous improvement across a live enterprise D365 F&O estate. You will work closely with functional leads and service management to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to SLAs and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant D365 F&O development experience, a strong background in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and practical experience delivering extension-based customisations, integrations, and supportable solutions in production environments. A relevant Microsoft D365 Developer certification is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
Level 3 Support & Incident Resolution

Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents and problems
- Perform root cause analysis and deliver robust fixes
- Resolve issues related to:
- o Data integrity and posting
- o Batch jobs and performance
- o Integrations and interfaces
- ollaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors when needed
Technical Development & Enhancements

Develop and maintain D365 F&O extensions (X++) following best practices
- Support:
- o Reports (SSRS), data entities, services
- o Batch processes and performance improvements
- Ensure solutions are performant, maintainable, and supportable
Integrations & Data
-
Support and troubleshoot integrations (OData, APIs, Azure services)
- Handle data fixes, reconciliation, and controlled data operations
- Ensure data consistency across systems
Release & Environment Management
-
Support deployments across environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)
- Work with Azure DevOps (code, pipelines, releases)
- Contribute to improving CI/CD and release processes
Service Management & Continuous Improvement
-
Operate within ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)
- Document solutions and root causes
- Identify recurring issues and drive preventive improvements
- Support and guide L1/L2 teams
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Essential Experience
-
5+ years experience with D365 Finance & Operations
- Strong experience in: X++ development, extensions, debugging, and Production support / managed services environments
- Experience with: Integrations (OData, APIs, Azure preferred), Data management (entities, fixes, reconciliation), and Azure DevOps / release processes

Qualifications & Certifications (Must have)

Microsoft D365 Developer certification (mandatory)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer certification (must have), such as: MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer
- Additional desirable certifications/exposure:
- o Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or relevant Azure service experience
- o Power Platform fundamentals (PL-900) (optional)
