About the internship
We offer an opportunity for highly motivated students or recent graduates to join Mindsight Ventures as AI & Software Development Interns.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving team experimenting with AI agents, front-end and back-end development, and cloud prototypes, contributing to real projects while learning from experienced engineers.
Your responsibilities

Develop and test prototypes using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python)

Build and experiment with AI-based systems and automation tools

Work independently on small research or product modules

Participate in internal reviews and product demos
Requirements

Background in Computer Science, AI, or related fields

Curiosity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn new technologies

Some experience in coding (front-end, back-end, ML, or DevOps)

Portfolio, GitHub, or project examples are highly valued

Availability for a 3-6 month internship (remote or hybrid in Barcelona)
