Your role and work environment:
As Consumer Lending IT Chapter Lead you´ll be responsible of the following products:
- Current loans: preapproved, OnDemand, OnePay, Payroll in advance, etc.
- Fraud (Experian and Confirma)
- Bureaus (Experian & Asnef)
Your key responsibilities:
People development: Lead a chapter and Develop a proud, top performing and diverse tech team, that every tech person wishes to join. Increase Team autonomy
Efficiency productivity: Shorter time to market
Harness product end to end: understanding products and looking for efficiencies in their behaivour and landscape rartionalization
Software Engineering: Increase Modularity,Scalability & flexibility and Sustainable Tech.Delivery execution, providen best solutions and responding fast to users neededs, and IT risk compliance
Budget management
Being your key stakeholder's right hand : aligning tech transformation with business evolutiontaking advantage of business needed to transfomate and innovate
Support in Production: by analysis and fixing any bugs that occurs. Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter. Extracting lessons leraned from errors.
Resilience-by-designand proactive incident management: awarenes and sessibility of the impact in customers
In your tribe subdomain along with the ITAL,
End to End Product Ownership: The ITCL, within its domain, in collaboration with key stakeholders, harness product delivery
Efficiency: Focus on product change and run efficiency to achieve a healthier and sustainable tech landscape

What are we looking for?
Proven track record and technical skills
Essential:
Engineering’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Passionate
Strong analytical, people management and communication skills
Negotiation skills
Broad net working inside the bank
Able to work in an autonomous way and to take initiative
Improvement spirit looking for better solutions and questioning the what for we do the things
Loving to collaborate with different people
Making things happen and ‘can do’ attitude
DevOps and Agile culture
Nice to have:
Preferably with managerial experience within an agile organization, and inspiration to continuing working in this matter.

Visión end to end de producto: Comprender los productos y buscar eficiencias en su comportamiento y en la racionalización del landscape.
Ingeniería de software: Incrementar la modularidad, escalabilidad y flexibilidad, y asegurar una tecnología sostenible. Ejecutar la entrega, proporcionando las mejores soluciones y respondiendo con rapidez a las necesidades de las personas usuarias, cumpliendo con los riesgos IT y la normativa.
Gestión de presupuesto.
Ser la mano derecha de las principales personas stakeholder: Alinear la transformación tecnológica con la evolución del negocio, aprovechando las necesidades del negocio para transformar e innovar.
Soporte en Producción: Analizar y corregir cualquier bug que se produzca. Contribuir a mejorar la disciplina técnica colaborando con el chapter técnico transversal. Extraer lecciones aprendidas de los errores.
Resiliencia by design y gestión proactiva de incidencias: Conciencia y sensibilidad sobre el impacto en las personas clientas.
En el subdominio de tu tribe, junto con el ITAL:
End to End Product Ownership: El/la ITCL, dentro de su dominio y en colaboración con las principales personas stakeholder, lidera la entrega del producto.
Eficiencia: Foco en el cambio de producto y en la eficiencia del run para lograr un landscape tecnológico más saludable y sostenible.
Networking: Colaborando con otras tribus del banco para alinear necesidades y asegurar el éxito en la transformación del banco.
Asegurar un chapter altamente cualificado y motivado: Que comparta conocimiento y lecciones aprendidas.
Asegurar una cultura segura, abierta, experimental, de aprendizaje continuo y colaborativa.
Ayudar a mejorar nuestras prácticas de ingeniería.
Responsable de la agenda de transformación aplicable a los activos del subdominio.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Trayectoria demostrada y habilidades técnicas
Imprescindible:
Titulación en Ingeniería con un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia
Pasión por la tecnología
Fuertes capacidades analíticas, de gestión de personas y de comunicación
Habilidades de negociación
Amplia red de contactos dentro del banco
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y tomar la iniciativa
Espíritu de mejora continua, buscando mejores soluciones y cuestionando el porqué de las cosas
