As the legal team, we support all areas of Fever by offering clear advice, risk management, and legal insight that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. We ensure alignment with local laws and regulations to support safe and compliant growth wherever Fever operates.
Our team is structured in:l Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Privacy, Paralegal support. and Health & Safety. Together, we cover the full legal landscape to meet the needs of a growing global business like Fever.
As a Security and Resilience Specialist, you will report to the Risk and Resilience Manager and help ensure Fever proactively assesses and manages risks associated with corporate security and live events. You'll play a key role in helping Fever expand safely by identifying emerging risks, supporting operational resilience, and enabling informed decision-making across a fast-growing global business.
This role requires initiative, autonomy, strong project management skills, and a hands-on approach, while offering significant opportunities for professional growth and increasing responsibility within the Security and Resilience function.
This is a corporate security role focused on travel security, global risk monitoring, intelligence, crisis management, and operational resilience—not IT or cybersecurity.
- Work on a range of corporate security projects, including travel security, crisis management, and mass notification/alert systems;
- Support cross-functional security and resilience projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders across multiple business units and regions.
- Deliver global risk assessments, support the implementation of security programs, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Partner with teams across the business to promote security awareness and foster a strong security culture;
- Conduct regional monitoring of countries and geopolitical developments to support informed business decision-making;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of security programs and operational processes across the function.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in corporate security, intelligence, geopolitical analysis, crisis management, or risk management.
- Speak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Portuguese);
- Have an analytical mindset with excellent research and critical thinking skills.
- Be a collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues across different projects and regions;
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, particularly during sensitive situations.
- Translate complex security concepts into clear, practical guidance for different audiences.
- Possess strong time management skills and have ownership over work entrusted to you;
