We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
- Starting date June/July 2026 until May 2027
What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
The intern's responsibilities will focus on support tasks within the key areas indicated:
1. Document and Administrative Support
File Management: Assist in organizing, classifying, and filing documentation related to preventive management (risk assessments, preventive planning, industrial hygiene reports, etc.), investment management (investment and order logs, etc.), and growth and development project management (progress reports, etc.).
Digitalization and Maintenance: Support the digitalization of files and the ongoing maintenance of the coordination system's databases.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications related to the aforementioned areas.
2. Support in Coordination and Action Planning
Activity Planning: Collaborate in scheduling and monitoring periodic reviews, internal audits, and scheduled actions and activities.
Information and Training Management: Assist in the logistical coordination of informational and training sessions for staff (invitations, attendance tracking, material distribution).
3. Assistance in Monitoring and Control
PPE Distribution: Assist in recording the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Safety Inspections: Accompany staff on safety inspections or facility walkthroughs for data collection and management.
4. Research and Continuous Improvement
Information Gathering: Search for and compile legislative or technical information relevant to the management system (regulations, technical guidelines, etc.).
Basic Analysis: Collaborate in the tabulation and basic analysis of data (accident rates or OHS indicators, costs and investments, project progress, etc.).
Preventive Culture: Support all activities and initiatives aimed at promoting and improving the preventive safety culture among company staff (communication campaigns, recognition and incentive systems, etc.).

- Degree in Engineering/ Health & Safety
- Level: English negotiation level.
- General knowledge in Law 31/1995 (Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Law) and its implementing regulations
