We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a temporary replacement role covering an employee's sick leave. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills, work alongside experienced colleagues, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
The team you’ll be a part of
Languagewire is looking to expand our team of IT-support Engineers, based in Valencia. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Business Finance & Internal IT based in Copenhagen. Together we are working towards automating and modernizing LanguageWire Internal IT.

Provide excellent 1st & 2nd level IT Support to LW employees on:

Hardware (Asset management & Procurement of HP & Mac etc.)

Installation, configuration, and problem solving on Windows PCs, Mac and O365 applications.

End-user support and basic 365 portal administration on The Office 365 suite (incl. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Mailbox management for end-users and shared mailboxes

Intune device management
-
Basic Knowledge on Administration of Windows Servers

Active Directory user management

What you’ll need to bring

4+ years' experience as an IT Support Engineer / IT System Administrator or similar

Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with many different colleagues.

Proactive approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
This will make you stand out
- IT Project experience (participating in or leading projects relevant to IT)

ITIL or ITSM experience

General networking Knowledge or with HPe Aruba specifically
