Job Summary
We are seeking a MEAIPAC Front Office Officer to manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the MEAPAC region. This role is responsible for driving cash collections, reducing overdue balances, managing collection risks, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting working capital and cash flow objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and collect outstanding receivables from a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Monitor payment performance and proactively address overdue balances.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Credit Risk, Billing, and Customer Service teams.

Lead collection reviews, resolve payment disputes, and coordinate escalations when needed.

Assess collection and credit risks, recommending mitigation actions for high-risk accounts.

Analyse ageing reports, payment trends, and collection metrics to improve performance.

Support month-end and quarter-end cash collection targets.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to Order-to-Cash (OTC) optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and credit procedures.
Experience & Skills
-
1-3 years' experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Order-to-Cash operations.

Experience managing strategic, multinational, or high-value customer accounts.

Experience in a shared services or international business environment is advantageous.

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Credit Management processes.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and ageing data.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Exposure to SAP/BRIM and finance operations reporting is desirable.
