Role description

SPOC: Mrignayani Jayram
Role: CRM Coordinator
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment Type: Permanent ONLY
Experience: 2 to 5 Years relevant experience ONLY
Salary/Pay Rate: Up to 55K Euros/Annum
Work Mode: On-site preferred. Remote can be considered
Language: English AND Spanish

Job Description

Remit-Expectations

2-3 weekly emails will be a mix across territories
20 pushes a month will be a mix across territories
3-4 In-App Campaigns
AB tests subject lines time-sent content

Skills

Comfortable with HTML and liquid logic on Braze-Salesforce
Comfortable, previous experience with Multi-region language set ups, localisation agency, creative assets management, reporting.
Comfortable with project management tools Asana, Monday, Airtable
May be required to contribute to wrap up summary decks

Benefits
Compensation range: $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
