We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Spanish social media & content executive to reinforce our Spanish team.
Reporting to the Spain Market Lead, you will help strengthen the organic social media presence of our Spanish brands and improve the quality, accuracy and visibility of the content published by our affiliate and media partners.
You will work closely with the central social media, affiliates, brand and marketing teams to ensure that our promotions, products and brand information are communicated consistently and effectively across external channels.
This is a hands-on role combining content creation, social media management, partner content coordination, market monitoring, and performance analysis.
YOUR ROLE
Social media and organic content

Help develop and execute the organic social media strategy for our Spanish brands in coordination with the relevant central teams.

Build and manage a social media content calendar aligned with monthly promotions, major sporting events, casino launches, and local market priorities.

Create engaging and locally relevant social media copy and content concepts adapted to the Spanish audience.

Publish and coordinate content across the brands’ organic social media channels.

Prepare creative briefs and coordinate the production of visual and video assets with internal designers, agencies, and other content partners.

Identify relevant social media trends, formats, conversations, and real-time opportunities for the brands.

Support social media coverage during key sporting events, campaigns, partnerships, and brand activations.

Monitor organic content performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and website traffic.

Follow competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate our brands within the Spanish market.
Affiliate content and brand visibility

Prepare promotional and informational content for affiliate partners based on the monthly promotional calendar, product launches, and relevant market updates.

Prepare the affiliate newsletter and coordinate its distribution with the central Affiliates team.

Regularly review key affiliate websites, brand reviews and editorial pages to verify that logos, payment methods, promotional information, product features and other brand details are accurate and up to date.

Identify outdated, incomplete, or incorrect affiliate content and coordinate the necessary corrections with the central Affiliates team.

Follow up on the adoption of new content and updates, maintaining a clear overview of pending and completed changes.

Identify editorial, content and PR opportunities with relevant affiliate partners and communicate them to the Spain Market Lead and central Affiliates team.

Maintain regular reporting on affiliate content coverage, brand visibility, identified issues, and completed improvements.

Support the central Affiliates team with local market knowledge, Spanish-language content and partner-specific information when required.
Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with the Spain Market Lead and the Sports, Casino, CRM, Brand, Social Media, Affiliates and Compliance teams.

Ensure that all published content follows brand guidelines, responsible gaming principles and applicable internal approval processes.

Support other local marketing and content initiatives according to the priorities of the Spanish market.
YOUR PROFILE

You are a native Spanish speaker with excellent writing, grammar and spelling skills.

You have a good professional level of English, ideally B2 or higher.

You have previous experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a similar role.

You understand the Spanish social media landscape, digital culture and current content trends.

You are comfortable creating copy for different formats, audiences, and communication channels.

You have experience using social media management, analytics, and content management tools.

Basic experience creating or adapting visual content with tools such as Canva is an advantage.

You are interested in sports, online entertainment and the Spanish media landscape.

Knowledge of affiliate marketing, SEO content, digital partnerships, or online gaming is a strong advantage.

You are analytical and able to translate content performance into practical recommendations.

You are highly organized and comfortable managing several priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.

You are proactive, persistent, and comfortable following up with internal and external stakeholders.

You pay close attention to detail and can identify inconsistencies in branding, promotional information, and digital content.

You are autonomous, hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment.

You are willing to create content around live events which may take place during weekends and/or bank holidays.

You are based in Ceuta or willing to work from our Ceuta office.
