The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located directly on the beach. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, as well as outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
Our resort is looking for a new staff member with a positive attitude and a strong service orientation to join our team as a Supermarket Shelf Stocker (m/f/d). If you enjoy interacting with customers and thrive in a dynamic environment, we look forward to hearing from you!
What you can expect
Merchandise Replenishment: Placing and restocking goods in the sales area and warehouse according to established guidelines.
Product Care and Quality Control: Labeling, counting, checking, weighing, and preparing products, including completing necessary documentation and quality checks.
Customer Service: Assisting customers in locating products and answering general inquiries.
Cleanliness and Safety: Maintaining order and cleanliness in the supermarket in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Service Counter Operations: Serving customers and presenting products at the deli (meat/cheese) and bakery stations.
Checkout Operations: Assisting with cash register operations and payment processing when required.
What you bring along
Proactive approach to work and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Team player with strong organizational skills.
An eye for detail and a high commitment to service quality.
At least 1 year of experience in shelf stocking, supermarkets, or customer service.
Willingness to work shifts (rotating shifts).
Educational background: High school diploma / Secondary school leaving certificate.
Language skills: Fluent in English, German, and Spanish.
