The People Data & Systems Specialist provides operational and analytical support for the Global HR Digital Solutions & People Analytics function. This role ensures high-quality HR data, reliable reporting platforms, and effective HR digital solutions while supporting data governance, analytics, product delivery, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Global HR Digital & People Analytics and HR stakeholders, the role enables trusted workforce insights, efficient HR operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Reporting

Support the implementation of the People Analytics & Insights roadmap, including advanced and predictive analytics initiatives.

Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SuccessFactors Reporting.

Prepare recurring and ad hoc workforce reports to support strategic HR initiatives and business decision-making.

Support reporting cycles for employee engagement, ESG, compliance, and other global HR programs.
Data Governance & Quality

Execute activities aligned with the Global HR Data Governance Framework to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable HR data.

Prepare, validate, transform and load HR data into reporting platforms while ensuring compliance with governance and data quality standards.

Perform regular data quality reviews for employee data, open positions and SuccessFactors records.

Support ESG, regulatory, and compliance reporting through data validation and quality assurance.
HR Systems & Digital Solutions

Provide operational support for HR analytics platforms, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BW, and GLINT.

Administer user access, permissions, data maintenance, and issue resolution across HR systems.

Support HR Digital Solutions projects through testing, documentation, data validation and business readiness activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR reporting, analytics processes, and digital solutions by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and improved user experience.

Support global HR Digital Solutions initiatives as required.
User Adoption & Support

Maintain training materials, knowledge articles, and end-user documentation.

Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders to promote effective adoption of HR digital solutions.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR Data Management.

Experience working with enterprise HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience supporting HR reporting and analytics in a global environment.

Experience with data governance and data quality processes is considered an advantage.
