As our Sales Operations Analyst, you'll become a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams, helping drive commercial performance through meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations.
Your work will influence pricing strategies, product launches, forecasting accuracy and market expansion initiatives across multiple international markets.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to improve commercial performance.
- Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and business performance across international markets.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs that enable better decision-making.
- Present clear recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.
- Analyse pricing strategies, profitability and discount structures to maximise commercial performance.
- Support sales forecasting and annual planning processes.
- Evaluate price, volume and mix performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Build robust financial business cases for new product launches, including ROI and NPV modelling.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain international market intelligence reports using internal and external data sources.
- Partner with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness, channel performance and commercial ROI.
- Provide strategic insights that support portfolio and lifecycle management.
- Ensure high-quality commercial reporting through effective CRM and ERP data governance.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, dashboards and business intelligence capabilities.
We're looking for someone who combines analytical excellence with commercial curiosity.
Someone who enjoys asking "why", connecting the dots and influencing decisions through data.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Experience supporting international or multi-country commercial organisations.
- Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
