We're looking for the bright mind who will help us shape our brand on the internet (and our client's)
We're Camping, a video creative agency that helps B2B Saas business with a strong POV grow, with campaigns that stand out, make people care and perform.
We work for an industry that mostly takes itself too seriously, and we have fun proving it doesn't have to.
We've decided our content deserves a premium treatment and a permanent owner, so we're hiring a Social & Content Strategist to take our LinkedIn, our founder's profile, and our marketing content and turn them into a proper lead generation engine. This role will also be involved with the creation of some content for our clients as well.
And yes, we work a 4-day week. You heard that right.
We're looking for a full-time Social & Content Strategist with real experience in B2B SaaS, a sharp sense of tone and world-class English, to help us turn B2B tech into content people actually want to read and watch. There are bonus points for a candidate who also speaks fluent German.
This is a content-led role, and the single most important thing you'll bring is a sharp sense of point-of-view, world-class writing, and a strategic, narrative-driven content mind.
You're the right person to help us shape how Camping sounds, you can adapt to different voices for our clients, and you write things people actually want to read, but you also think in stories, arcs, and angles, and you understand how a single piece of content fits into a bigger narrative and business goal.
Our content engine is LinkedIn-first, video-second. Day to day, you'll create LinkedIn content for Camping and its founder, develop our brand channels (LinkedIn, YouTube), and shape the strategy, scripts, and coordination behind our video content. We're not expecting you to produce or edit video yourself (our team will help you with that), but we do expect you to have worked with video before and to be comfortable coordinating it from concept to delivery. But this is a broad content role: you'll also pitch in on other content as it comes up (scorecard and lead-magnet copy, website copy, decks, landing pages, and more). We'd rather find someone excellent and versatile than someone who only does one thing.
You'll work closely with Ainhoa (Marketing & Growth) and collaborate asynchronously in Notion/Asana.
This is a permanent, full-time position on a Spanish contract, with hybrid employment at our office in Barcelona.
Develop LinkedIn content for Camping and its founder, adapting to each voice.
Draft posts across three lanes: strong takes (opinionated, contrarian insights), teach our method (practical, repeatable frameworks), and show the work (behind-the-scenes, learnings, experiments).
Help define the video-first content strategy: formats, angles, and cadence for Camping's channels (incl. our YouTube channel and short-form social).
Turn approved concepts into scripts, hooks, and storyboards/outlines, then coordinate with our editors and motion designers through to delivery.
Feed the video LinkedIn repurposing loop so one idea works across formats.
Write copy for scorecards, lead magnets, landing pages, website sections, and decks when we need it.
We don't want to box this in. If it's content and it needs great writing, it can land on your plate.
Turn raw notes, calls, docs, and video into publishable content, and adapt a core idea into multiple formats (short post, carousel outline, thread-style post, video script).
Tighten hooks, structure, clarity, and CTA. Keep tone consistent with Camping's voice (crisp, smart, opinionated when warranted) and adapt to each personal voice you're writing for.
Work inside the LinkedIn + video content calendar, deliver drafts on time, incorporate feedback quickly, and keep versioning clean.
World-class English writing. This is the #1 filter. Native-level fluency, an ear for tone, and copy that's genuinely a pleasure to read.
Marketing knowledge and background. What we do is all about brand and storytelling, essential pillars of how we approach our marketing. You need to live these topics, have opinions on them and enjoy thinking about them.
A strategic, narrative-driven content mind. You think in stories and arcs, not one-off posts. You understand narrativity: how to build tension, land a point, and connect each piece to a bigger content strategy and business goal.
A sense of humor that makes people click. You think in memes, you know what's funny online right now, and you can use humor to make B2B content genuinely fun to read and share.
A sharp sense of tone and voice. You can hold a brand voice and adapt convincingly to different personal voices.
Proven experience writing high-performing LinkedIn content (portfolio required). If you've built an audience on your own profile, even better - it tells us you understand the platform from the inside.
Social post design skills. You can put together clean, well-designed carousels and packaged content (Figma, Canva, or similar).
Strong editorial judgment: hooks, pacing, scannability, clear point of view.
Versatile. Comfortable moving between a LinkedIn post, a video script, scorecard copy, and website sections without missing a beat.
Experience working with video. You've been part of video content projects before and understand the workflow. You don't need to shoot or edit yourself, but you're comfortable coordinating video from concept to delivery. You think in formats and hooks, can write scripts, and understand what makes short-form and long-form video work.
Hands-on experience in tech and B2B SaaS. You've worked in or for SaaS companies and you know how that audience thinks, buys, and scrolls. This one is not negotiable for us.
Video content sensibility.
Reliable async communication and deadline discipline.
Experience with video-first brands or agencies.
Having been on both sides: Managing in-house work and also for client's as part of an agency.
A presence of your own: a portfolio, a personal site, or a LinkedIn profile that shows us how you think.
Being fluent in German (not essential, but bonus points for it since some of our clients are German)
Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Asana, or similar ops stacks.
Note how we haven't mentioned AI up until this point. For us writing is all about the thinking that needs to happen before actually writing. We welcome (and expect) AI use proficiency (specially when it comes to make processes easier and faster), but we must prevent AI slop at all costs, please.
You want to help build a fun brand that cares about making marketing a bit more human and fun.
You enjoy the world of business and marketing, but you also have a life.
You care about quality, even when it needs to be balanced with quantity.
You think strategically about content. Every post, script, or page connects to a bigger narrative and a real goal, not just output for output's sake.
You're a storyteller. You know how to build tension, land a point, and make even dry B2B topics genuinely engaging.
You're versatile and low-ego about format. A LinkedIn post today, a video script tomorrow, scorecard copy the day after; you adapt fast.
You have a strong ear for voice. You can slip into a brand or personal voice and make it sound effortless.
You're self-directed and reliable. You manage your own schedule, hit deadlines, and iterate quickly on feedback.
You want to make this opportunity count and grow with the company.
Barcelona-based, hybrid: 2-3 days a week in our office. A lot of our best content comes from being around the team and the work, so proximity matters. For the right person we're open to EU remote within CET.
Flexible working hours; we trust you to manage your schedule around deadlines and team commitments.
We collaborate in Notion (docs + calendar) and Asana (execution), with Slack/email as needed.
Candidates we think could be a good fit will be invited to a paid test assignment, so we can both see what working together actually looks like.
The standard Spanish probation period applies, and we treat it as a two-way trial.
This is a Barcelona-based hybrid role. Our office is in Barcelona and we'd like you in it 2-3 days a week. If you're an exceptional fit but based elsewhere in the EU within CET, tell us and we'll talk. You'll need the right to work in Spain, or in your EU country of residence.
At Camping we believe that diverse teams drive creativity, innovation, and success. We are committed to building an inclusive culture where all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, age, religion, or background, feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. We celebrate diverse perspectives and actively work to ensure equal opportunity for all applicants and team members.
Immediate incorporation.
Permanent full-time contract. 34,000 - 46,000 EUR gross per year, depending on experience. We could reach a higher offer for a candidate of unique seniority and a proven track record that justifies the investment.
A 4-day working week. Full salary, four days, every week.
A key role in shaping the tone and voice of a growing creative agency.
The opportunity to work with innovative B2B tech companies on content that stands out.
The chance to take your work beyond our own channels. There's room to shape social and content strategy for the B2B SaaS brands we work with, if that's something you want.
A team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
