This role owns the creation of marketing-focused graphic assets across ad creatives, brand identity, and digital touchpoints for a premium anime-inspired e-commerce brand. The designer will work across static ad production, brand system development, and campaign visuals, with a focus on quality, speed, and performance. This role reports into operations and works closely with the marketing and brand team.
Kraymer Art is a growing anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand with a highly engaged niche audience and a strong visual identity. As the brand scales, we need a designer who can produce polished, performance-ready creative consistently and at volume.
This role exists to strengthen and scale our visual output across paid advertising, brand, and product marketing. You will contribute to ad creative production, brand refresh work, and ongoing digital asset development. Success looks like high-quality output delivered on time, ads that perform, and a brand that looks and feels increasingly coherent and premium across every touchpoint. Create high-quality static ad creatives for Meta campaigns, including image formats optimized for performance.

Use AI design tools to generate, refine, and scale visual concepts efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Support brand identity and rebranding projects, including visual direction, typography, color system development, and design guidelines.

Review ad performance metrics in conjunction with the marketing team and use those insights to iterate on creative.

Maintain visual consistency across platforms and campaigns while adapting designs to context and format requirements.

Manage multiple active design requests and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Demonstrated experience creating static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.

Portfolio showing polished, professional visual work with strong taste across layout, typography, and color.

Proficiency with AI design tools integrated into a real production workflow.

Understanding of performance-focused design and what makes ad creative effective for e-commerce.

Availability to work 6 to 7 days per week on a consistent schedule.

Experience designing for jewelry, fashion, luxury, or accessories brands.

Portfolio that includes work for social media accounts with 20,000 or more followers.

Background working with e-commerce brands doing significant revenue at scale.

Familiarity with anime aesthetics, fan culture, or collector-oriented design sensibilities.

Hands-on experience working inside Meta Ads Manager, reading campaign metrics, and using data to improve creative decisions.
