Business Development Manager (AECO Solutions – Europe)
Location: Europe (Flexible within EU)
Role Summary
Drive the growth of the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) industry business across Europe, focusing on new market development, strategic partnerships, and solution expansion combining hardware and software.This role is primarily responsible for building the business from the ground up (0→1), expanding industry adoption, and developing a strong ecosystem within the digital construction and integrated AECO solutions landscape.
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive regional business growth across Europe, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and market expansion.
2. Identify and develop new industry opportunities within AECO, including BIM, digital construction, lifecycle management and integrated hardware-software applications.
3. Build and manage key accounts, strategic partners, and channel networks (distributors, resellers, solution partners).
4. Promote and expand subscription and solution-based business models across the region.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to support solution positioning, go-to-market strategies, and localization.
6. Deliver solution presentations, partner enablement, and technical value propositions to clients.
7. Support project implementation, onboarding, and customer success for key deployments.
Candidate Profile
1. 5+ years of B2B experience in AECO software, BIM, GIS, or digital construction solutions.
2. Proven experience in business development or new market expansion (0→1 experience preferred).
3. Strong understanding of solution sales models, including SaaS, subscriptions, and bundled hardware-software offerings.
4. Experience working with channel partners and ecosystem development is highly preferred.
5. Existing network within construction, engineering, or BIM ecosystem is a strong advantage.
6. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Languages & Requirements
1. Fluent in local European language (based on candidate location).
2. Professional English proficiency (mandatory).
3. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
Preferred Background (Plus)
· Experience in BIM platforms, digital twin, or integrated AECO hardware-software solutions.

Pay: 8,000.00€ - 10,000.00€ per month
