We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. With this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the administrative functions of the customer service department. It will involve responding to customer emails, calls, or online inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, emails, in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide information on products, services, or company policies as needed.
- Manage Promotions to maximise product sales.
- Order Management:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer and order records in the system.
- Run weekly reports for our key customer’s accounts.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain customer service logs and records, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to relay customer feedback and offer insights for product improvement.
- Assist in updating the customer service knowledge base with new information about products, services, or policies.
· Skills and Qualifications:
o Proven experience of a minimum 3 years in a customer service role is required.
o Fluency in Spanish and English.
o Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
o Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
o Ability to manage difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
o Attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Working Conditions:
o Full-time role.
o Office based role, with one day a week working remotely after probation period.
o Working hours 8H30 to 17H30, Monday to Thursday and 9H00 to 17H00 on Friday.
o Holiday as per the collective agreement.
o Must be within sensible commute distance from Castellbisbal and will need to drive (no public transport available).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 24,000.00€ per year
