Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Group’s strategic priorities. Partnering closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership, this role combines rigorous analytical thinking with strong synthesis and executive-level presentation skills to develop materials that directly influence key strategic decisions at executive, board, and investor levels.
You will help define the company’s long‑term vision and strategic pillars, informed by deep market expertise and understanding of the competitive landscape while elevating the quality and consistency of strategic planning across the organization. This is a high‑impact role suited for candidates with a strong background in strategy consulting or equivalent strategic roles in complex, fast‑moving environments.
The position is remote within Spain, with the option to work hybrid from Mallorca for those planning or willing to relocate.
Job Responsibilities
Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning

Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive the strategy definition and management agenda, including multi‑year plans (e.g. 3YP).

Build a robust strategic fact base through deep analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, internal performance, and emerging risks and opportunities.

Co‑define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization and initiative design.

Establish and maintain a clear strategy planning framework, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Commercial Strategy, and Commercial Planning & Performance.
Lead Market Insights & Intelligence (Market Lighthouse)

Develop and continuously update proprietary ecosystem market models (e.g. Accommodation, M&E) to size and identify segmented growth opportunities.

Lead primary research through direct engagement with clients, suppliers, external experts, and internal stakeholders across Sales, Sourcing, Product, and Finance.

Produce competitive landscape analyses covering strategic positioning, growth, profitability, and market share to inform commercial and strategic actions.

Deliver regular market and industry updates to senior management and Board.
Shape Strategic Discoveries & Growth Opportunities

Identify and assess new business and diversification opportunities (e.g. adjacent services, new verticals, emerging business models).

Monitor and interpret industry and competitor shifts (e.g. pricing pressure, margin trends, consolidation) to support timely executive decisions.
Skillset and Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.

Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Strong strategic leadership and problem‑solving capabilities, with experience leading complex, high‑visibility initiatives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis, business cases, P&L modeling, and quantitative strategic planning.

Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior and executive audiences.

Highly collaborative and influential operator, able to manage multiple priorities, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
